Shiva Physical Therapy pricing and what to expect ..
Shiva Physical Therapy, LLC operates as a fee-for-service facility and therefore do not accept insurance for physical therapy services, and we are considered as an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans. We believe that insurance companies should not dictate the care you receive. Our patients demand a higher level of customer service and expert care.
To maintain our industry leading standards and individualized innovative treatment, Shiva Physical Therapy, LLC will not directly bill or negotiate with insurance companies. Utilizing a direct-pay business model allows us to provide clinical treatment based on the need of each individual without third party insurance reviews, network restrictions and visit limits. At this time, we cannot accept patients who intend to bill Medicare for services rendered. However, we can accept Medicare recipients for wellness visits and other services not normally reimbursed through Medicare.

For your convenience, we have one-time payment package, to accommodate flexibility in payment.

We do not accept insurance; however, Shiva Physical Therapy can provide you with an invoice that can be submitted to your insurance. Shiva Physical Therapy fees are well below our competitors to accommodate our self-pay and out-of-network patients.

Don’t get us wrong, there are fantastic therapists that work in insurance-based clinics and some of you reading this have insurance plans that would make sense for you to find and visit those therapists in those clinics.
But for the majority of you, cash-based providers are likely the way to go if you want to be unwavering in the goals that matter to you. It really comes down to what you value as an individual.
We realize that the concept is scary for some. Believe us, the decision for us to become cash-based is not one that we take lightly. However, our decision to pass up on insurance contracts means leaving the convenience of a revolving door of patients in the name of pursuing value-based treatment for our clientele.
At Shiva Physical Therapy we want to provide care to our patients that is not dictated by billion-dollar insurance companies. Our goal as a clinic is to give back the individual control of his/her own health. Our care should be your new standard of what physical therapy should be. Giving exclusive individual attention in a safe and caring environment to our patients is what should be expected.
For $175 you are one on one with a therapist for up to 60min, No PTA’s, NO techs.
Shiva Physical Therapy will also provide you with a Good Faith Estimate so you have a clear idea of how many visits will be needing and how much it will cost you even before you start your treatment.
Cancellations should be made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment. If a cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours’ notice, and the appointment cannot be filled, the patient will be billed the schedule fee.
Please comfortable clothing that can help your therapist has accesses to the treatment area easily or you can bring shorts, t-shirt, and athletic shoes to your session.
